PostFinance TWINT offers a convenient way for managing your money. It allows you to easily pay with your smartphone at checkout, in online shops, or at vending machines. Additionally, you can send and receive money from friends, store customer cards, and benefit from digital loyalty cards and discount coupons.

Linked directly to your account

PostFinance TWINT is available for anyone with a PostFinance private account. You can easily link your personal postal account to the PostFinance TWINT App in just a few simple steps. The app is linked directly to the relevant account, and the direct debit is made automatically. You can also store credit cards (MasterCard or Visa) for added convenience.

To register and link your account, you can use the Login via PostFinance App or your PostFinance Card along with the yellow card reader.

Pay digitally with your smartphone

When making cashless payments with PostFinance TWINT, you have the option to use QR codes or Bluetooth. For QR code payments at participating locations or online shops, simply open the PostFinance TWINT App and scan the code with your smartphone's camera.

To make a payment via Bluetooth:

• Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone
• Open the PostFinance TWINT App
• Briefly hold your smartphone up to the TWINT beacon
• Confirm the amount (only necessary for purchases of CHF 40 and above)

Making payments using PostFinance TWINT is free of charge.

Send and receive money

The "Send money" feature allows you to quickly and easily send money from smartphone to smartphone. Additionally, the "Request and split" function allows you to collect money from a single person or split expenses among multiple individuals, such as splitting a restaurant bill.

TWINT+

TWINT+ offers a variety of additional features to simplify your everyday life. You can purchase or gift digital vouchers from popular retailers like Zalando or Spotify, use the TWINT parking functionality, donate to charitable causes, or even withdraw cash at over 2300 k kiosk or volg shops, all within the PostFinance TWINT App.

Store customer and employee cards

In the PostFinance TWINT App, you can store your cards, such as the Coop Supercard. The app automatically takes into account the advantages of each card when making payments, allowing you to collect Superpoints and enjoy personalized benefits.

Digital coupons and loyalty cards

The app continually presents digital discount coupons and loyalty cards. Once activated, you can take advantage of exclusive offers while paying with PostFinance TWINT.
